Welcome to the Edufinite operational portal. By creating an account or using this portal you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not register or sign in.

1. Account Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be suspended or removed without notice.

2. Account Approval

All new student, institution, and staff accounts are subject to manual review by Edufinite. Approval is at Edufinite's sole discretion. Until your account is approved, portal access is limited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the portal only for lawful, education-related purposes.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to

view.

  • Not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of

others.

4. Documents and Data

Documents you upload, and records Edufinite maintains about you, are stored in private storage and accessible only to authorized Edufinite personnel and, where relevant, your assigned consultant or institution.

5. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive operational notifications from Edufinite related to your account, application, payments, and document review. These notifications appear in the portal and may also be sent to the contact details you provided.

6. Fees and Payments

Any fees recorded in the portal reflect amounts you have paid to Edufinite for counseling, application, or related services. Payment records in the portal are informational and do not constitute a tax invoice unless explicitly noted.

7. Privacy

Personal information you submit is processed to operate the portal, review your application, and provide services. Edufinite does not sell your personal information.

8. Termination

Edufinite may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, that remain inactive for an extended period, or where engagement with Edufinite has ended.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
